Enclosed is our final copy of the Corrective Action Plan (CAP) and Auditor General's Assessment for the Performance Audit Engagement of the Department of Health, Veterans and Community Wellness - Soldiers and Sailors Relief Fund. The report is dated October 16, 2015; DAP No. 2015-57-012. The report was accepted by the Audit Committee on October 28, 2015, and formally received by the Wayne County Commission on November 5, 2015.
