COVID-19 Weekly Report - Nov 14-20
Note: In accordance with the State of Michigan's 2020- 21 Return to School Roadmap, the Wayne County Public Health Division will provide the following report on a weekly basis to the Wayne Regional Educational Service Agency (RESA) for distribution to Wayne County Schools.

7-Day Percent Positivity Rate in Out-Wayne-County (excluding the City of Detroit) | 15.0% | The 7-Day Percent Positivity Rate is the average number of positive tests divided by the average number of daily tests. This percentage shows the total weekly number of tests conducted and of those tested, how many were positive each day. |
Hospital Occupancy Rate for Inpatient Beds (out-Wayne County only) | 83% | Hospital Occupancy Rate for Inpatient Beds (including ICU Beds) refers to the percentage of staffed inpatient beds occupied by any patient regardless of COVID-19 status |

This data is obtained from the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS), where it is calculated per million. |
