Wayne County Lightfest Season Ends Ahead of Winter Storm
Impending Inclement Weather Conditions Cause Show to End Early
DETROIT, MI - Tonight, Wayne County's Lightfest will host its final light show of the season due to the anticipated extreme weather conditions across Michigan. The light show was formally scheduled to run through Christmas Eve.
Families can still enjoy one more night of festival holiday lights. Lightfest will officially end for the season on December 22, 2022, at 10:00 pm. The entrance fee is $5 cash with additional fees for buses and limos. Visitors enter at Hines Drive and Merriman Road in Westland and exit onto Outer Drive in Dearborn Heights.
