Robert Bashara - Grosse Pointe Park defendant charged in the homicide of his wife Jane Bashara. On Wednesday, July 10, 2013, at 9:00 a.m., Judge Timothy Kenny will hold a pre-trial hearing in Courtroom 610 in the Frank Murphy Hall of Justice. The defendant will appear via video call from the Oaks Correctional Facility.

Today Judge Timothy Kenny granted a Motion for Return of Property and ordered that three personal computers confiscated as evidence during the Jane Bashara homicide investigation be returned to a female by 4 p.m. on Friday, July 12, 2013.

Myron Tyrone Williams - Grosse Pointe Park man charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver Marijuana and Delivery of Marijuana. The prosecution moved to dismiss the case because discovery items that relate to a separate investigation could not be turned over to the defense in the marijuana case. Today the case was dismissed at the calendar conference held before Judge Bruce U. Morrow. There are no further details that can be provided or commented on at this time, due to the ongoing investigation.
Ibrahim Saleh - Defendant charged with the fatal shooting of a man at a gas station in Detroit. On June 25, 2013, a jury found the defendant guilty of Manslaughter and Felony Firearm. Today the defendant was sentenced to 29 months to 15 years on the Manslaughter charge, consecutive to two years on the Felony Firearm charge.
