Shelby Township Man Charged with Electronic Eavesdropping
On February 23, 2022, at a gym in the 250 block of North Main Street in Plymouth, it is alleged that Defendant Maciborski placed a camera into a ceiling grate and recorded the victim in the tanning bed area of the gym.
Brian Michael Maciborski has been charged with four counts of Computers - Using to Commit a Crime, one count of Capturing/Distributing Image of Unclothed Person, one count of Eavesdropping - Installing/Using Device, and one count of Surveilling Unclothed Person. *
He was arraigned today in 35th District Court and given a $100,000 cash/surety bond. The Probable Cause Conference is scheduled for April 29, 2022, before Judge Ronald Lowe, and the Preliminary Examination is scheduled for May 6, 2022, before Judge James Plakas.
