Please be advised that if you have already been approved for a Property Tax Exemption from your local Board of Review, your property will be removed from the foreclosure process in 2021. This applies to all Wayne County taxpayers even if a community does not participate in the PAYS agreement.

Taxpayers who have been approved for a Property Tax Exemption in 2020 or 2021 and are qualified for the PAYS tax reduction but have not yet entered into the agreement are encouraged to do so as soon as possible.
