Juvenile Division Cash Office

The Juvenile Division Cash Office is located in the Lincoln Hall of Justice at 1025 E. Forest, Room 238, in Detroit, Michigan 48207.

This division handles juvenile cases up to the age of 17 (years), and collects various fees and/or payments for offenses s/he may have committed during childhood.

Juvenile offenses vary from curfew violation, drug and/or alcohol possession, car theft, gun possession, driving without a license, domestic violence, and even murder.

While the juvenile is awaiting trial and/or attending court, the judge will charge the parents and/or guardian court cost(s) and attorney fees, as well. The judge that is presiding over their case(s) is the one who administers fees for the juvenile and/or parent to pay the finance division.

Office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday-Friday.
