The Business Development Division's primary objective is to encourage and support new business investment to create jobs and grow the County's tax base. We leverage our efforts through partnerships with local communities, chambers of commerce, businesses, and other agencies at the state and federal levels. We can help put together a customized incentive package to champion your project and help your business attain success.
EDGE also provides site selection and real estate development services. Our team of professionals can assist you in all aspects of site development including direct assistance in acquiring the permits you need to get your business up and running. We maintain a list of development ready sites through
CPIX and
CoStar, and we are able to provide customized GIS maps and other site selection information so that you can determine the ideal location for your development project.
