Social History Report

Description
A social history report is a brief report of the client's personal, family, health, housing, economic, employment, and educational history.

How it's used
Attorneys can include information from the social history report to negotiate reduced charges/pleas or to strengthen gun board letters. These reports can also help the client's defense team understand contextual factors that may have contributed to the current charges.

Note
This service may be recommended when time constraints limit the DSU's ability to prepare a more comprehensive mitigation report.
