All applicants interested in competing in the examination process must complete an official County application form. Give clear, concise, and complete answers to each question on the application and attach any supplemental forms required. Failure to provide complete and accurate information may result in rejection of the application.
Please inform the Examinations Division if you move or get a new phone number so that we may update our records. Applicants will be notified by mail of their eligibility for examination.
Application must be made on an official form (P/HR-210), which may be downloaded in Microsoft Word or obtained at the Department of Personnel/Human Resources [address to the right].
