Attention EXISTING Managed Assigned Counsel:
Please be advised that there is a change to the application process for 2025. The 2025 Attorney Application period will be limited to NEW Attorneys and Existing Attorneys who wish to add additional tiers of eligibility.
New Attorneys to the Roster
Applications for NEW ATTORNEYS to Wayne County's 2025 Criminal Managed Assigned Counsel Assignment Roster will be accepted November 1, 2024 (at 12:00AM) - November 30, 2024 (at 11:59PM).
New Attorneys will use the JIRA application linked below.
This application form requires account creation with JIRA. For account creation instructions, please click HERE.ALL applications must be completed through the IDSD Attorney portal.
Application form will not be viewable until November 1, 2024 (at 12:00AM)
2025 New Attorney Application
Existing Attorneys on the Roster
Existing Attorneys who wish to add additional tiers should send an email by November 15, 2024 indicating same to IDSDwayne@waynecounty.com. Please include "Request to Add Tiers - 2025" in the subject line.
Existing Attorneys who wish to maintain their current eligibility must complete the requisite training requirements and NO APPLICATION is necessary. PLEASE BE ADVISED: Attorneys may be contacted individually regarding IDSD Policy and MIDC Compliance.
Existing Attorneys who wish to be removed from the MAC roster for 2025 are asked to send an email to IDSDwayne@waynecounty.com by December 10, 2024. Please include "Request for Removal - 2025" in the subject line.
