Enclosed is our final copy of the Corrective Action Plan (CAP) and Auditor General's Assessment for the Performance Audit Engagement of the Department of Health, Veterans and Community Wellness - HUD Lead Hazard Control Program. The report is dated December 3, 2015; DAP No. 2015-57-016. The report was accepted by the Audit Committee on December 9, 2015, and formally received by the Wayne County Commission on December 17, 2015.
