He was arraigned on January 13, 2025, in 19th District Court and given a $300,000 cash/surety bond. The Probable Cause Conference is scheduled for January 22, 2025, at 8:00 a.m., before Judge Mark Somers. Please request a photograph of the defendant from the Dearborn Police Department.
Prosecutor Kym Worthy said, "This case is yet another example of intra family violence that permeates American society today. It is almost always hard to fathom and accept, but unfortunately, it happens and happens often. We must be vigilant, pay attention, and use every tool in our toolbox to heighten this issue and our response to it."
*The charges are allegations and defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
