Prosecutor Kym Worthy has charged Antoine Lamar Bradley, 31, of Highland Park, in connection with a car crash that killed Sharif AliDinar, 42, of Detroit. Mr. AliDinar was a financial aid officer at Wayne State University.

On January 8, 2025, at approximately 8:40 a.m., Wayne State University police officers were dispatched to the intersection of Woodward Avenue and Warren Avenue for a reported car crash. Upon their arrival, officers located the victim on nearby grass unresponsive, suffering from an injury to his head. Medics arrived on the scene and pronounced Mr. AliDinar deceased.

It is alleged that Defendant Bradley was driving recklessly at a high rate of speed northbound on Woodward Avenue when he disregarded the traffic signal and struck Mr. AliDinar, fatally injuring him.

Antione Lamar Bradley has been charged with Reckless Driving Causing Death.* He was arraigned on January 11, 2025, in 36th District Court before Magistrate Laura Echartea and given a $50,000 cash/surety bond. The Probable Cause Conference is scheduled for January 21, 2025, at 8:30 a.m., and the Preliminary Examination is scheduled for January 28, 2025, at 8:45 a.m., before Judge Shawn Jacque.
