Siwatu Salama-Ra - In August 2019, the Michigan Court of Appeals reversed her convictions for Felonious Assault and Felony Firearm* and remanded the case for a new trial. Today a pre-trial conference was held before Judge Knapp and the final conference is scheduled for November 15, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. The trial has changed and will now be held on February 24, 2020 at 9:00 a.m.

*The charges are allegations and defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
