Statement from Prosecutor Kym Worthy
"Yesterday afternoon I was informed by Detroit Police Chief Todd Bettison that there is a certification issue that affects 34 officers.
"I asked DPD for an immediate list of the names of the officers and other information. I have received some preliminary information from Chief Bettison. Once we have all the information we will begin to determine our next steps," said Prosecutor Kym Worthy.
