Employee Idea Leads to the Creation of a New Payment Tutorial Video

Anie Her, who works in the call center at the Wayne County Treasurer's Office (WCTO), came up with the idea to create a tutorial video to show taxpayers how to make payments online after observing the barrier between their understanding of the system and their ability to make payments.
